Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
During busy periods (new drops, holidays, sales etc.), processing may take an extra day or two - we’re a small brand, but we're working fast.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

📦 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
looloops cannot predict or control these fees, but your local customs office can give more information if needed.
📦 Shipping Issues or Delays
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or held up by customs, we’ll always do our best to help.
Please reach out to us at hello@looloopsjewellery.com and include your order number.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel, please contact your local postal service first while we assist in the background.
📦 Wrong Address During Checkout
If you realise the address entered at checkout is incorrect, contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update it for you.
Once the parcel has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.
📦 Missing or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it straight away. Please see our returns policy for more information on this.
