Refund policy

At looloops, your comfort and confidence means everything to us.
Because piercing jewellery is a hygiene-sensitive product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general preference.

However, if something isn’t right, we promise to make it right.

📦 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not up to our usual looloops standard, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

We will happily provide a free replacement - no return required.

Please include:

✷ Your order number

✷ A brief description of the issue

✷ A photo of the damage/fault (if possible)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.

📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

If we made a mistake, reach out and we will fix it immediately with a replacement of the correct item sent at no extra cost.

📦 Change of Address Errors

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, please contact us ASAP.
While we’ll always try to help, we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

📦 Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist you with a claim where possible.
